The Museum is open to the public year round.
Halloween is going to be a very busy day here at the museum. Not only is it is our last Haunted Hike tour date of the 2009 season, it is also a Kidz Day... A Haunted Kidz Day!

Well, it's been far too long since I dropped a line in my role as Foreign Correspondent to Discovery North Bay, but that's because I have had a distinct lack of news to share. Until now.
As you can see, I have been spreading my Shad-y (not shady) message around the European continent. Aside from the fact that I am sitting on my couch wearing my blue Shadwear T-Shirt, this picture is of my in my black one, at Blarney Castle!

Since 1973 the former North Bay Area Museum, now the Discovery North Bay Museum, has been a local voice of heritage preservation and education for the community. The Discovery North Bay Museum houses the administration offices for Heritage North Bay from our permanent location at the former CPR Station at 100 Ferguson Street.
We would like to welcome you to come in and browse the Gift Shop and Exhibition Galleries ... and to take the opportunity to learn more about the amazing transformation of this historical building in the heart of our City.
